1.0 The company
1.1 Audiowalks.dk is owned and are run by Audiowalks I/S (CVR-nr. 30 39 06 44). The company can be contacted through the website. Established in 2007.

2.0 The product
2.1 Audiowalks offer a unique digital experiences in the city. The concept is to deliver guided tours through digital sound in form of mp3 files (from now on called the product) to the customers and hereby give the user the possibility to experience the city at his or hers own pace.

2.2 We offer the product through our website for download and therefore requires that the customer has internet connection (we recommend with a download speed at 512 kbps).

2.3 You can buy our product in our web shop by using credit card.

2.4 You can get (download) the product to your pc and / or your digital player (mp3 player, mobile phone and so on). You can play the product through your portable mp3 player when downloaded, see section. 5.0 regarding rights.

2.5 The quality of the product is 160kbit/sec, which is regarded as a good quality.

3.0 The conclusion of the contract
3.1 Its is important that you provide us with the right information whilst shopping on www.audiowalks.dk. All contracts are in English or Danish. Taxes and credit card fees are included in the prices shown on the website.

3.2 You can only buy our products on the website with a log-in.

3.2.1 You must create a log-in the first time you buy a product. You are required to provide us with personal information (Name, e-mail address and country) and a password. Your username (e-mail address) and password is your key to log-in at a later stage. When your log-in is created you have access to the ”my account” functionality. Here you can download your products again the number of times you are entitled to. You will also receive a receipt by e-mail. When you have logged on you also have access to an overview where you can see all your purchases.

It is important that you don’t give your password to others. If your account is being abused by the use of your password you yourself a reliable for losses.

4.0 Personal information
4.1 You will always be able to see what information we have registered and at any time you can oppose to the way Audiowalks treats your information according to the rules of Danish “Persondataloven”. The information that are stored are your name, country and e-mail that is used for future downloads of the product. The responsibility for the data is Audiowalks I/S. The information provided will not be passed on to third party.

4.2 In case you want to file a complaint regarding Audiowalks.dk’s treatment of your personal information, please contact Audiowalks I/S through the website(see subject ”contact” in the top menu). You can also file a complaint directly to ”Datatilsynet”, Borgergade 28, 5., 1300 København K.

5.0 Rights - copying etc.
5.1 All rights regarding the web shop and for the products belongs to Audiowalks I/S. You will not gain any rights to the shop or the material on the website including the products except for right of use that is described in this contract.

5.2 The product you buy in the shop is copyright protected and the use of the product is only permitted to the extend that this contract describes or is set by the law of copyright that Audiowalks can not limit. You may use the product you buy from Audiowalks for personal use only. This mean that you cannot give away, lent out, swap, sell, copy, distribute, forward or in any other way give the product to any one outside your household. Furthermore you can not use the product commercially, rent it out, resell it or play it in public without a separate contract with Audiowalks I/S. The mentioned restrictions also covers personal copies of the product, that you have bought at Audiowalks. You are however allowed to transfer the audio file to your preferred portable player that belongs to you or a person within your household and/or copy the file to a CD for the purpose of listening to this CD. The copy can absolutely not be used for playing in public.

5.3 You can not use automatic systems or programs to pick or choose products from the shop.

5.4 In case you breach this contract or violate the copyright of the Audiowalks products, you will be held responsible for Audiowalks loss and you be punished according to Danish law.

6.0 Return policy
6.1 When buying the product you are required to accept that the product is delivered immediately and therefore you can not claim any rights regarding return of the product..

7.0 Technical requirements - support/help
7.1 In order for you to download the product your computer must live up to the following technical requirements:

1. Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP or Windows Vista

2. Internet Explorer version 6.0 (or later) or Fire fox min. version 1.0

Apart from that and in order to get the best experience of the product you must own a mp3 player.

7.2 Audiowalks.dk takes no responsibility regarding whether or not the website works on your local computer.

8.0 Questions and complaints
8.1 Do you wish to contact us regarding questions or complaints, please contact us through our forms on our website. You will find the link in the top menu on the front page. If you have problems regarding your payment, the download of the product we will do our outmost to help you as quickly as possible and is this not done within reasonable time we will of course refund your purchase. Audiowalks I/S reserves the right to evaluate each case. 9.0 Settlement of disputes
9.1 In case of a disagreement between you and Audiowalks I/S regarding this contract, and is there no way of settling this between the two parties, the disagreement will according to Danish law be settled in court.
