HOW?

Here you can find help and guidance to how you can get out and experience the city with Audiowalks.dk. If you still have unanswered questions, see if you can find help on our FAQ page, or otherwise you can write to us on the Contact page.
	CHOOSE THE RIGHT TOUR
	First you have to choose the tour you would like to take. Of course, the content of the tour is important, but also look at the tour length and the area of the city where the tour takes you when choosing your tour. You can see all of our tours by clicking on the top menu link "Tours" or by clicking here.
	CREATE A PROFILE
	In order to purchase our tours you have to create a user profile on our site. Very little information is requires - only your name, e-mail address, country of origin, and a password. A user profile is required in order to be able to access your tours at a later stage, or to see your previous orders.
	PAYMENT
	Payment for all tours is made online through a secure payment handling. This is done by typing in your credit card details like on any other online shopping site. The payment is handled by a secure external site.
	DOWNLOAD THE GUIDE
	Once the payment for your tours has been processed, you can download immediately. The recommended way to download is to save the file onto your computer, and then transfer the audio file over to your audio output device afterwards. All purchased tours can be accessed on audiowalks.dk for three days (By logging into “my account”). There is a three download limit on all purchased tours.
	TRANSFER THE MP3 FILE TO YOUR PREFERRED PLAYER
	In order to hear the tour when walking around the city you will have to transfer the files on to you mp3 player. This could be an iPod, Zune, Zen Vision etc. or your mobile phone. You can read more about how this is done in the manual to your preferred mp3 player.
	WALK THE TOUR AND EXPERIENCE THE CITY!
	All you need to do now is get out and experience the city. Each stop has a name corresponding to the name of the specific media file. When you get to a tour stop, you simply press play and listen. Attached to the tour is a map which can be printed out. The map includes a suggested tour route, but there are many ways through the city, and the tour stops do not have to be listened to in any specific order. Enjoy!
